A high school student, Shinichi Kakimoto, is in Nara on a school trip. The highlight of the 2000th anniversary of Nara is Android Himiko, which has been created from the DNA of a shaman queen, Himiko, from ancient Japan, and the city is flooded with adverts for it. Shinichi is looking forward to Himiko’s live performance, but a white deer appears out of nowhere and snatched his bag. Meanwhile, the deer with the bag and Shinichi happen to meet a beautiful girl, Toto, who is being chased by someone, and he ends up going on a date with her. The pair enjoy their time together, visiting sightseeing spots in Nara, however, the folks who were chasing Toto find the two at Todaiji Temple, and they get cornered.
