Synopsis

Vice Minister W'ockham is focused on classified documents left behind by Pailsen, and has plans on testing the utility of "unique ability beings" and securing his position in the post-war world. Thus Chirico, now under W'ockham's surveillance, is transferred from one brutal battle field to the next along with four others named in the classified documents―Berkoff, Godin, Zaki, and Kocak. "Without unique abilities, there is no survival."
